Ms. Rosie Lee Manning

December 8, 1949 - December 26, 2020

Sis. Rosie Lee Williams-Manning or “Sister” was born on December 8, 1949 in Haynesville, LA, to the late Adell and Dossie Ward-Williams. She departed this world and went to an eternal rest on December 26, 2020 at Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Magnolia, AR. Rosie confessed her life to Christ at an early age and united with New Hope Baptist Church in Emerson, AR. She earned her education at her beloved McMittress High School Ravens! She continued to attend MHS Class Reunions right up to her untimely passing. Rosie was a devoted Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, and Sister. She was employed at Amfuel for over 30 years until she became disabled. Rosie was very proud of building Fuel Cells in the Boeing, F-15C jet aircraft for the United States Air Force. Rose is preceded in death by her parents Adell & Dossie Ward-Williams and her two sisters: Shirley James and Teresa Sharp. She leaves to cherish her memories: a Son: Anthony “Binkie” Williams (Martha) of San Antonio, TX; two Grandsons: Logan “Baby Logan” Williams, and Landon Adell Williams, both of San Antonio, TX; seven Sisters: Mildred Porchia, Diane Ross (Paul), Linda S. Brock (Bobby), Sandra Hatter (Dennis), Patricia Griffin (Dwain), Lytonia Sharp (Antoine), Pamela Hill (Terry); one Brother: Avance Williams (Darlene); two Aunts: Marraine Ward and Jeanette Harris, and numerous beloved nieces/nephews, cherished cousins, and dear friends. Graveside Celebration of Life services will be held Saturday, January 2nd, 2021, at New Hope Cemetery in Emerson, Arkansas at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Donald Crawford eulogist.
