The Lord blessed the world with Krisandra Elaine Jefferson, 49, of North Little Rock, AR, on Tuesday, March 4, 1975. Affectionately known as “Krissy” to many, she was the firstborn to the Kirkindoff Family - Andrew Sr. and Rosemary, raised in a loving household on the Westside of Magnolia, AR. On Tuesday, September 17, 2024, she was reunited with her Heavenly Father to rest for all eternity. Krisandra attended Magnolia Public Schools, graduating from Magnolia High School in the class of 1993 (9Tre), the first class to integrate the prom at Magnolia High School. She was known as a leader and spokesperson for the class, and loved by many for her infectious smile, laughter, sense of humor, and beautiful penmanship. A proud devoted mother of three – DeShaun, Kristian, and MarKrissia – Krisandra entered the United States Army Reserve after high school to take care of her baby boy. She served as a reservist for many years before going on Active Duty in 2005 after the birth of her baby girl. Her time in the Army connected her to many who remember her as a battle buddy who kept others in line with compassion. Krisandra accepted Christ at an early age at Mt. Olive Baptist Church. She served faithfully wherever she was needed – as an usher, choir member, and teacher for many years at Mt. Olive and many churches around the world. Those she encountered at church remember her as a good friend and servant of The Lord who kept a smile on her face. Krisandra lived life to the fullest – hitting the road often and celebrating, dancing, and brightening the mood in every room she entered. Her military service led Krisandra and her family around the globe from El Paso, TX, to Bamberg, Germany, Conway, AR, and North Little Rock, AR. As a provider for her children, Krisandra worked across several industries and finished her professional career in a role that she loved at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) where she was adored by many for her kindness, helpfulness, and beautiful spirit. Krisandra’s life was a testament to God’s love, living with intentionality and love for those she encountered along life’s journey. Her impeccable style and grace leave many precious memories of a life well lived. Preceding her in death are her dear grandparents Almer and Lorene Jefferson, her grandmother Ora Lee Jenkins, her baby sister Rosalyn Kirkindoff, and several precious aunts, uncles, and cousins. She leaves to cherish her three beautiful children, DeShaun Artis of Dallas, TX, Kristian Green of Little Rock, AR, and MarKrissia Page of Magnolia, AR; parents, Andrew Sr. and Rosemary Kirkindoff of Magnolia, AR; sister, Andrea Kirkindoff of Magnolia, AR; brother, Andrew (Adriana, Jaidyn, and Autumn) Kirkindoff, Jr. of Henderson, TX; Aunt, Catherine (Anitra, Louis, and Janet) Bradford of Midlothian, TX; Uncle, Randy (Jamal and Chachi) Jefferson of Magnolia, AR; Aunt, Victoria Jefferson of North Little Rock, AR; cousin, Victor Jefferson of Little Rock, AR; niece, Ranaiya Kirkindoff of Magnolia, AR; devoted lifelong best friend Sherri Sharp of Princeton, TX, and a host of cousins and other family and friends who will miss her dearly. Celebration of Life services will be held Saturday, September 28th, 2024, at R.L. Reed Funeral Home Chapel in Magnolia, Arkansas at 12 noon, with burial to follow with Military Honors at 23rd Psalms Cemetery in Magnolia, under the direction of the United States Army Honor Guard and R.L. Reed Funeral Home, LLC. A public visitation will be held Friday {Sep. 27th}, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m., at R.L. Reed Funeral Home in Magnolia. A final viewing will be held BEFORE services begin, so please govern yourselves accordingly. “For precaution due to the COVID-19, Masks are Encouraged but Not Required While Attending the Services and During Visitation Hours. However, wearing masks ensures safety for you and others. Thank you.”
